The Portage County TEA Party asks all members to look at the list of Central Committee Members to see if there are vacancies in your ward, or if you know anyone from your political party that is currently on your Central Committee.  If there is a vacancy in your ward that you want to fill, we want you to contact our office at 330-474-3878, or send us an email to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  so that we can help you get that seat.  If you know someone on either Central Committee, we need you to talk with them as soon as you can and ask them about the people on the Central Committee who do not share our views about defending the constitution, being fiscally responsible, wanting smaller government, and protecting our personal liberty.  We want to know who those people are on both parties' central committees so that we can replace them with conservative candidates going forward.  It is important that we take action now, as these Central Committee seats are decided in the primaries in the spring.  Please look at these lists right now and start talking to those you know on the committees. Then let us know where we need to turn the tide and find people to fill those seats.
