Shalersville Township Trustee Meeting December 31, 2009 4:00 PM
There were bids from $900.00 to $1650.00 to repair the school septic system. Frank Ruehr advised he had a donor offer for free and it was tabled until the donor quote was received.
Expenses discussed were $270.00 for cleaning carpet in the hall, and money to repair the pressure washer costing from $900.00 to $1200.00. New unit would cost $3300.00 and Jim Corbett will check the warranty. Moneys for new tires at $250.00 and a new ladder $150. were passed.
The township will obtain its own credit card for maintenance of the web page and to use appropriately. Larry Solak gave the Trustees the paperwork on the land transfer at the park, that needs to be filed at the County.
Frank Ruehr made a motion to pay the bills and it was passed. A list of the payments is in the minutes.
