The Portage County Budget Commission advised through letter that $3,939.00 was due for the Portage County Health Department (originally formed and supported by township Trustees).
ODOT advised the State Route 82 Bridge will be closed 5/3/2010 until October, 2010.
Phoenix Roofing quoted $1,597.00 to repair the township hall roof and the contract is being affirmed.
Jim Corbett advised Vallentine Sand and Gravel donated 750 tons of fill dirt for the new salt shed. Ronyak Paving and S& S are donating 250 - 300 of ashphalt brindings from each source.
Eugene Harris reported water standing in the ditches on Polly and Denny in Red Fox.
Nancy Vines has been in contact with the Portage County Commissioner Maureen Fredericks and it is to receive information on the Portage County Airport. She will be making a deposition on May 19, regarding Duncan property problems.
