There were five candidates that submitted signatures to get on the May Primary Ballot representing Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, and Constitutional parties. Unfortunately 2 were deemed to have insufficient signatures by the Secretary of State; Robert Owens with the Constitutional Party and Steve Christopher with the Republican Party. Therefore there is no contested race for the Primary in the Attorney General category for the State of Ohio. I have posted a short biography on the three candidates that will appear unopposed. Updates to this category will come as we receive survey results or independents are cleared to be on the ballot. The candidates that tried to be on the ballot but were eliminated, may choose to run as independents. Please check this category after the primary for more information!
