Andy Manning is the Portage County Republican County Chairman. He is the Portage County TEA Party recommended candidate for Republican State Central Committee because he is committed to the changes that the TEA Party movement wants to see in the Republican Party. Andy believes in smaller government, fiscal conservatism and in following the Ohio and Federal Constitutions. He believes that elected officials should represent the people who voted them into office above all else. We ask that all Republicans and Independents in the 28 State Senate District, which includes all of Portage County and parts of Summit County from Tallmadge South to the Akron/Canton Airport, to vote for Andy Manning on the May 4th Primary ballot.
